 | | Mr. Coates is a Portfolio Manager and principal of Johnson Investment Counsel, Inc. His primary responsibilities include portfolio management, investment research and client service. Dale is a member of the Fixed Income Strategy Team and the Quantitative Equity Team. Prior to joining Johnson Investment Counsel in 1989, Dale was a senior trust officer with Fifth Third Bank where he served as their lead institutional portfolio manager. Dale earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics from Miami University, and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Dale is a member and past president of the Cincinnati Society of Financial Analysts. He currently serves on the board of the Christian Benevolent Foundation and is actively involved with his church and community. Dale and his wife, Jenni, live in Anderson Township with their two sons.
